From January 2010 meetings are recorded using a software called Camtasia. It records online meetings and is a valuable tool to save meetings along with the documents necessary for presentations of keynotes.   All partners are now invited to steering committee meetings on SKYPE.

Here is a closed site for interchange of technical information in Wordpress.

It is intended for exchange between partners with relevant technical documentation.
