Announcement of Journeyman's Examination

Journeyman's examinations in the following trades will be held in December, January, February and March, provided there is sufficient participation.

• In culinary arts, waiting, baking and butchery
  11-15 December. The application deadline is 1 November.
  
  
• In construction trades in December – January.
  The application deadline is 1 November.
  
  
• In metal trades in February - March.
  The application deadline is 15 January 2018.
  
  
• In cosmetology in February.
  The application deadline is 15 January 2018.
  
  
• In auto mechanics in February.
  The application deadline is 1 December.
  
  
• In hairdressing in March.
  The application deadline is 15 January 2018.

Further dates will be published here on the IÐAN Education Centre website as soon as they are available. A copy of the apprenticeship contract, a pension fund statement and a graduation certificate with grades or a confirmation from the school that the student will graduate in December 2017 must be submitted with the application.

The cost for examinees, such as material costs, varies between trades.
