Announcement of Journeyman's Examination
Journeyman's examinations in the following trades will be held in January, February, and March, provided there is sufficient enrollment.
- In culinary arts, serving, baking, and meat processing in January 2021. The application deadline is 1 November 2020.
- In construction trades in January 2021. The application deadline is 1 November 2020.
- In mechanics in February – March 2021. The application deadline is 15 December 2020.
- In cosmetology in February – March 2021. The application deadline is 4 January 2021.
- In auto mechanics in January – February 2021. The application deadline is 1 December 2020.
- In hairdressing in February – March 2021. The application deadline is 4 January 2021.
More detailed dates will be published on the IÐAN Education Centre website as soon as they are available. Applications must be accompanied by a copy of the apprenticeship contract, a pension fund statement, and a graduation certificate with grades or a confirmation from the school that the student will graduate in December 2020.
The cost for examinees, such as material costs, varies between trades.
