“Digitizing recipes isn't just about saving time – it's about ensuring consistency, reducing food waste, and empowering professionals to focus on what they do best: creating great food,” says Renata Bade Barajas, founder and CEO of GreenBytes.

This approach is the focus of a new webinar that introduces a modern software called Biti. The software is designed to organize recipes, digitize them, and simplify kitchen operations.

The webinar is suitable for people working in restaurants, canteens, hotel and institutional kitchens, and teaches how to use Biti to digitize recipes, access information on allergens and nutritional values, and accurately calculate the actual cost of dishes.

Participants will work with real-world examples and learn how to record recipes and utilize Biti's features to improve efficiency and consistency in kitchen operations.

Biti is developed by the software company GreenBytes and offers powerful tools for managing recipes, inventory, and communication with suppliers.
The system can accurately calculate which ingredients need to be purchased for each week or meal, which helps to minimize food waste and improve inventory utilization.

Biti also displays detailed information about recipes – ingredients, quantities, and allergens – which ensures consistency in preparation and improves the safety and experience of guests.

The course is taught in English and includes a six-month subscription to the Biti software, giving participants the opportunity to apply what they learn directly in their own work environment.

With guidance and real-world examples, participants will gain an understanding of the value of moving recipes to digital systems and how Biti can become a key tool in that process.

“Biti is not just a tool – it's the foundation for professional operations. By implementing Biti in the kitchen, you are setting a new standard for efficiency, sustainability, and innovation in cooking,” says Gijs Tempelman, founder and COO of GreenBytes.
