Eva Michelsen is an innovator and entrepreneur. She has founded a shared kitchen where the goal is to increase access to a certified kitchen for those who produce or plan to produce food products.
Eva has been involved in many things and says herself that she always needs to be working on diverse projects. Some even call her hyperactive, but she just says she's active and enjoys life. She has participated in the development of various projects such as the Iceland Ocean Cluster and the Center for Quality of Life.
Today, Eldstæðið, a shared commercial kitchen for food production, has her full attention. Eva was introduced to the concept in the United States and has now set up four locations for people who want to develop their ideas in food production without having to incur enormous costs.
Eldstæðið is therefore an ideal platform for entrepreneurs because it is a certified kitchen with all the basic equipment for food production.
