Are you going to buy an electric car?
In 2020, Iceland reached a remarkable milestone in new energy vehicle registrations, with 57.9% of all new passenger car registrations being new energy vehicles (Electric, Plug-in Hybrid, Hybrid, and Methane).
What is no less remarkable is that 100% electric cars had the highest share of new registrations, or 25.2%, which amounts to 2,551 cars, and that is a huge increase compared to previous years.
