First participants delighted with the Security School's course

There was great satisfaction among the first participants of the Safety School's course, Increased Safety in the Building and Construction Industries, which took place at the end of February. Participants described the course as practical, well-structured, and extremely useful for their daily work, with a clear emphasis on realistic methods and a new approach to safety education.

The course is intended for managers, foremen, project managers, and other key individuals involved in the planning and management of workplaces in the building and construction industries. It provides a detailed overview of how to strengthen safety culture by building trust, promoting transparent communication, and creating an environment where continuous learning is a priority. A special emphasis is placed on enabling participants to immediately implement the methods in their own operations.

The course will be held regularly

The reception also reflects the significant current demand for targeted safety education among companies. The Safety School will therefore hold the course regularly in the coming terms and will also offer more courses that build on this foundational approach to strengthening safety culture in the workplace.

The next course in the series, Increased Safety in the Building and Construction Industries, will be held on 6 March. See more on the Safety School's website. Managers can also contact Ásdís Gréta Hjálmsdóttir directly for information about upcoming courses at the email address [email protected]
