A course for construction designers seeking certification from the Icelandic Construction Authority to create general and special drawings, cf. provisions of Articles 25 and 26 of the Act on Construction No. 160/2010, will be held in March 2022. The course is taught via distance learning.
A course for structural designers seeking certification from the Housing and Construction Authority to create general and special drawings, cf. provisions of Articles 25 and 26 of the Act on Structures No. 160/2010, will be held in March 2022. The course will be conducted via distance learning. Lectures will be made available on Tuesday, 15 March, and will remain open until 2 April. The course concludes with an exam on Saturday, 2 April (all dates are subject to change). The course fee is ISK 95,000, and ISK 60,000 for those attending the course for continuing education without taking the exam.
Applications, along with supporting documents, must be submitted via the IÐAN Education Centre website no later than Friday, 25 February 2022.
