Reykjavík Energy received the award for the project OR's Growth Spurt.
The Business Sector's Education Sprout is an award presented by the Confederation of Icelandic Enterprise for innovation in the field of education, says Ellen Ýr Aðalsteinsdóttir, Executive Director of Human Resources, who is here for a pleasant chat about OR's Growth Sprout.
The Growth Sprout is a project that OR has been working on for 3 years, known in English as a growth agent. The project is carried out with an international consultant and focuses on working in teams, leading teams, communicating well, thinking strategically, implementing strategy, and mapping the employee and customer journey.
The project was initially launched to influence the company culture, and it's safe to say that it has succeeded. Ellen Ýr points out that the individuals who have gone through the program are true torchbearers of a new era and have a direct impact on their respective fields and departments.
