Food Science Studies at MK
17 January 1997 was a day of celebration at Kópavogur College. On that day, a vocational studies wing that housed food science studies was formally inaugurated.
The guest on the podcast is Baldur Sæmundsson, who hardly needs an introduction. He holds a master's certificate in culinary arts and service and has vast experience in both fields. Baldur has been a teacher at MK for many years.
Baldur frequently discusses the opportunities that young people get during their studies, both in terms of competitions and making a name for themselves and building a career as professionals in their field.
