A new leader in the food and catering industries
IÐAN Education Centre has hired a new leader for the food and catering sectors
Leader is a new job title within Iðan, and the role of a leader is to develop professional specialisation and educational offerings in the relevant fields.
The new leader in the food and catering industries is Steinn Óskar Sigurðsson, a master chef. Steinn Óskar has worked at many of the country's best restaurants, in addition to winning the Chef of the Year competition and being a member of the national culinary team that has competed for Iceland at both the World Culinary Championships and the Culinary Olympics.
