IÐN-UNG is an interest group for young people in industry. The group's role is to look after the interests of young people within the industrial trades and to introduce them to the role and importance of trade unions.

The group's future plan is to establish a comprehensive association with a strong and active board that will organize various events, manage communication between schools and the labor market for young people, and protect the interests of young industrial workers.
