IÐAN Education Centre graduated nearly 50 people from its Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment at Vatnagarðar 20 the day before yesterday. The participants came from various backgrounds, as this time graduates were from an unusually large number of fields.

Most participants were in carpentry, but there were also graduates from RPL assessments in auto mechanics, car painting, auto body repair, welding, plumbing, masonry, graphic communication, waiting, and cooking.

Staff from the upper secondary schools that teach the respective subjects were present and provided information about the courses offered at their schools. It was also possible to enrol in a course on the spot, and several people took advantage of this opportunity.

A new feature in the implementation of the RPL assessment was that, for the first time, the results were registered directly in INNA, the student records system for upper secondary schools.

We congratulate everyone who completed the RPL assessment yesterday on their achievement.
