The Website as a Marketing Tool
Lella Erludóttir, Sales and Marketing Manager for Icelandic Farm Holidays, talks to Ólafur Jónsson about websites as a marketing tool.
It is, of course, well known that the web is one of the most important marketing tools for companies, and the number of employees, turnover figures, or field of business matters very little. On the web, companies communicate information, provide assistance, and sell products and services, to name but a few. A website can be a luxury, but more often than not, it is a lifeline, and it is key to the performance of many companies that their website ranks high in searches and that the user experience is at least acceptable. However, this is not a given, and behind a successful website lies both a great deal of thought and work.
Lella Erludóttir is well-versed in web matters, and in this informative interview, she talks to consultant Ólafur Jónsson about the web as a marketing tool.
