Fill out the application form below to apply for special accommodations in the journeyman's examination.
The application process is as follows:
• The application for special accommodations is filled out• A study and career counsellor receives the application and contacts the applicant • The applicant submits a diagnosis, if they have not already done so• The study and career counsellor contacts the applicant and confirms which accommodations the applicant will receive in the examination
To be granted special accommodations, the applicant must submit a diagnosis or a certificate from a qualified professional to a study and career counsellor. Documents must be submitted as soon as possible and no later than 10 days after applying for the journeyman's examination.
