Announcement of Journeyman's Examination

Journeyman's examinations in the following trades will be held in December, January, February, and March, provided there are enough participants:

• In culinary arts, waiting, baking, and butchery in December The application deadline is 1 November.
• In construction trades in Dec/Jan. The application deadline is 1 November 2018
• In metal trades in February/March. The application deadline is 15 January 2019
• In cosmetology in February/March. The application deadline is 15 January 2019
• In automotive trades in January/February. The application deadline is 1 December 2018
• In hairdressing in February/March. The application deadline is 15 January 2019.

More specific dates will be published on the IÐAN Education Centre website as they become available. Applicants must submit a copy of their apprenticeship contract, a pension fund statement, and a graduation certificate with grades or a confirmation from the school that the student will graduate in December 2018.

The cost for examinees, such as for materials, varies between trades.
