Announcement of Journeyman's Examination
Journeyman's examinations in the following trades will be held as follows, provided there is sufficient participation
- In culinary arts, food service, baking, and meat cutting in January 2022. The application deadline is 1 November 2021.
- In construction trades in January 2022. The application deadline is 1 November 2021.
- In machine fitting in February - March 2022. The application deadline is 15 December 2021.
- In cosmetology in February - March 2022. The application deadline is 15 December 2021.
- In automotive trades in January - April 2022. The application deadline is 15 December 2021.
- In hairdressing in February - March 2022. The application deadline is 15 December 2021.
More detailed exam dates will be published on the IÐAN website as soon as they are available.
The application must be accompanied by: a copy of the apprenticeship contract, a pension fund statement, and a graduation certificate with grades or a confirmation from the school that the student will graduate in December 2021. The cost for examinees, such as material costs, varies between trades.
