The courses are especially suitable for those who work in the hotel and restaurant industry, spas or tourism.
The courses aim to strengthen the skills of professionals working across a wide range of hospitality roles.
The courses offered cover food safety, digital reception skills, leadership in tourism, sustainable use of raw materials in kitchens, and sustainability in tourism, with a focus on spas and room cleaning. After completing the courses, participants receive recognised proof of competence.
Participants are expected to understand the focus of the courses they choose while selecting a programme that matches their field of work and interests. Each course defines a clear set of competencies, which are explicitly covered and framed using ESCO competencies aligned with the EQF.
