Jacek er sérfræðingur í áfengi, viskífræðingur með víðtæka alþjóðlega reynslu úr drykkjabransanum. Hann hefur starfað á Íslandi í ýmsum störfum innan veitinga- og þjónustugeirans og starfar nú sem yfirbarþjónn á Vinnustofu Kjarval í Reykjavík.

Jacek hefur lokið fjölmörgum fagleiðum, þar á meðal WSET Level 3 Award in Spirits, Certified Scotch Professional, General Certificate in Distilling, og EBS Instructor Academy réttindum.
