English Through Sustainability – Greenhouse gases
In this ESL lesson plan for adults, students watch and listen to a video report about greenhouse gasses and climate change. The preview section includes activities on images related to climate change, causes and effects of climate change, environmental vocabulary activities, and numbers for students to predict facts about climate change. Students then do some listening/viewing comprehension activities based on the video. The viewing follow-up includes activities on climate change/environmental vocabulary from the video, as well as a grammar activity on the use of the second conditional.
